I have a lot of information about upcoming events so please read through the entire email, Thank you!

Picnic at the Park (ALL CHILDREN AND YOUTH)

This event is for all children and youth and their families (birth-12th grade) May 12th from 11-1:00 at Fritz Park  (312 E. Vilbig Irving, Tx. 75060) Bring your family and bring a picnic lunch then we will have a time of fellowship with other families! Please let me know if you are planning to attend so we know to expect you.

Guardian Bible Study (NEW BORN-2ND GRADE FAMILIES)

New guardian bible study starting Monday May 14th at 7:00pm. Please let me know if you plan to attend so we can arrange childcare. This is an opportunity to spend some time in fellowship and discussion about God and faith with other guardians who have new born children to children in 2nd grade. Again, we will have childcare, and we will then go to a local coffee shop and participate in a bible study together until about 8:00.

Vacation Bible School

This year Irving North Christian Church is joining Woodhaven Presbyterian Church on a Vacation Bible School trip to ancient Babylon!  June 11-15 from 9:00am- noon for 4yrs to 5th grade. Nursery will also be available!  a FEW  very important things about joining with Woodhaven.

1. They are hosting but we are invited to help. If you are interested in volunteering (decorating/games/shepherds-guides/etc) I need to know ASAP and please let me know what area you are interested in helping with. They have changed their volunteer policy so that we are able to volunteer too, BUT there is a mandatory background check so again please let me know if you are able to help. There will also be a meeting 2-3 weeks prior to VBS

2. if you could let me know if your child will be attending (and if you need nursery care) please let me know so I can give them a rough estimate. I will pass along registration information very soon.  If you could also provide the age/grade of your child to make sure the information I pass along is correct.

3. If transportation is a major issue please let me know so we can see what options we have. I really hope to have a good turnout of INCC members at this VBS!

Family Movie Night (NEW-BORN TO 2ND GRADE AND FAMILY)

Looking ahead....June 8th at 6:30 will be family movie night! Join us in a time of fellowship with other families for a very family friendly movie experience. Bring a blanket and a brown-bag dinner and we will sit outside and watch a family friendly movie projected onto a BIG screen. This is for children from birth-2nd grade and their families.
